Pocomoke High Students Visit Tangier Island

TANGIER, Va. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of Accomack County.

Pocomoke High School students are heading into the heart of the Chesapeake! They’re traveling to Port Isobel on Tangier Island for a three day adventure with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. They will get hands on environmental science experience, explore coastal ecosystems, and learn firsthand how to protect the Chesapeake Bay.
