Snow Hill Announces Candidates, Details for 2026 Elections

SNOW HILL, Md. – The Town of Snow Hill has announced the candidates for the 2026 Town Election to be held on May 5.

Candidates for Mayor include incumbent Janet Simpson, and Rob Hall. On the ballot for Eastern District Council are incumbent Edward S. Lee, and Ethan Shockley. The election will take place at the Train Station, located on 200 Belt Street, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Those who wish to vote by absentee ballot can call the Town Hall or email Kandice Ringenary at adminco@snowhillmd.com to request an absentee ballot application. The deadline to submit a request for an absentee ballot application is Friday, Apr. 24, at 4:30 p.m.
