Former Employee Turns Self in After Assault at Bally’s Casino
DOVER, Del. – The Delaware Division of Gaming Enforcement has announced assault and weapons charges against a former employee of Bally’s Dover Casino Resort.
On Mar. 14, an altercation occurred at a craps table in the casino, in which a male patron struck a female patron in the face with currency. She subsequently drew a handgun and struck him in the face, causing injury. She then refused to cooperate with security and left the casino.
The woman was later identified as Jacklyn Twitchell, a a former Bally’s employee. She voluntarily surrendered to Delaware State Police Troop 3 on Friday, Mar. 20 and was arraigned on charges of second degree assault, aggravated menacing, and related firearm charges.
