Princess Anne Police Department approved for Maryland Apprenticeship Program
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Some exciting news to share from the Princess Anne Police Department.
The department has officially been approved as a participant in the Maryland Apprenticeship Program.
As part of the program, the Princess Anne Police Department will partner with Somerset County Technical High School to create real world opportunities for students to get involved with law enforcement.
Students will have the chance to get hands-on experience, earn school credit, get paid and develop a foundation to become future police officers.
The participation in the apprenticeship program was approved on March 10.
