WMDT Visits Somerset Intermediate School

WESTOVER, Md. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming from Somerset Intermediate School.

Meteorologist Jake Grant and Anchor Heidi Kristine visited students at the school on Wednesday morning for their career fair. They spoke with students about what its like working at WMDT, and why local news is so important. Students wondering how they can become journalists or meteorologists one day had lots of questions to ask Jake & Heidi!
