Driver Airlifted after Early Morning Crash in Queen Anne’s Co.

GRASONVILLE, Md. – Multiple fire companies responded to a serious car crash in the early hours of Saturday morning.

At 2:02 a.m. on Mar. 14, crews with the Grasonville and Queenstown Volunteer Fire Companies responded to a crash on Nesbit Road near Route 50. Command held all units due to the positioning of the vehicle. A Maryland State Police Aviation Unit was requested to transport the single occupant.

Units were assisted by the Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Services. Captain Matt Coursey was the Incident Commander for this accident.
