Chipman Elementary Counselor Wins State Award

Congratulations to David Thompson, who was recently recognized as the 2026 Emerging Counselor of the Year for the State of Maryland. Mr. Thompson has shown exceptional commitment to supporting students and the school community. He will be recognized this weekend at the Maryland School Counselor Association awards.
