WiHi defeats Parkside in 2A Regional Finals

SALISBURY, Md. – A big game at WiHi, as Parkside made the trip for a Regional Finals game that will decide who makes the State-Quarter Finals.
The Tribe beating the Rams in their 2 meetings prior to this one.

Demar Brunson receives the handoff and does the rest with the spin move on the Parkside defender right to the basket for the lay in.

We had a back-and-forth game throughout, Javon Comegys doing incredible things, he hits the crossover move and then the step back three ball.

However, WiHi played great, the seniors balled out, Tay’Shaun Swann gets it to Jordan Tyson for the three point shot on the wing.

Later in the 4th, close game, a slip screen, Comegys finds Peyton Cropper at the top of the key for the splash.

In the end, the Tribe is just too much for Parkside, after nice ball movement, Tay’Shaun Swann in the corner for the 3 ball.

WiHi defeats the Rams 66 to 54 – they will host the state quarterfinals on Friday night.
