Snow Hill announces deadlines for May 2026 election

SNOW HILL, Md. – The Town of Snow Hill has announced upcoming deadlines for its May 2026 election.

Up for election this year are the offices of the Mayor and Eastern District Council seat.

Interested candidates will need to submit a request for an application to Kandice Ringenary, Town Hall’s Administrative Coordinator, via email to adminco@snowhillmd.com.

The deadline to submit the application is Tuesday March 31 at 4:30 p.m.

Citizens can register to vote by contacting the Worcester County Board of Elections at 410-632-1320, emailing them at Worcester.Elections@maryland.gov, or by visiting them at 201 Belt Street, Suite C, Snow Hill, Maryland, 21863.

The deadline to register to vote is Friday April 3 at 4:30 p.m.

The general election will be held in-person on Tuesday May 5 at the Train Station on 200 Belt Street.

Polls will be open between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
