Car Rolls Over Multiple Times on Sussex Highway

DELMAR, Del. – The Delmar Fire Department (DFD) responded to a rollover vehicle crash on Sunday.

On Feb. 15, the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center alerted crews to a vehicle accident with rollover on Sussex Highway. Upon arrival, crews located a single vehicle accident with a car that rolled over multiple times. The vehicle ultimately landed upright, and on top of an underground electrical box.

One patient was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

DFD says the scene was turned over to the Delaware State Police and the servicing electrical company.
