Lane Shift to be Implemented Near Salisbury Airport

Road Work Generic

SALISBURY, Md. – Falcon Drive will temporarily shift lanes for completion of construction work.

The closure is expected to be in place from Feb. 13 to Apr. 14. County officials say during this time, crews will be working to install a new sanitary main. The construction is necessary to allow for development of infrastructure in the Salisbury Regional Airport’s Industrial Park. Businesses in the Park will remain open during this time.

During the lane closure, motorists will be detoured around the working area on Falcon Drive. One portion of lane will be closed to allow work to be completed, and two-way traffic will be rerouted in the remaining lanes via a lane shift.
