Driver Flees After Crashing Car into Tree

GEORGETOWN, Del. – The Georgetown Fire Company responded to a car crash on Sunday morning.

Around 7:00 a.m. on Feb. 8, firefighters and crews from Georgetown Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to the 20000 block of Gravel Hill Road to respond to a motor vehicle accident involving a tree. Upon arrival, emergency personnel noted that the operator of the vehicle was not present at the scene.
