Eagles Soar Past CSD To Regional Title

Snow Hill’s girls soccer team picked up another shutout win in the state tournament Friday night when they defeated Cambridge SD 5-0. The Eagles advance to face Patterson Mill in the 1A East Regional Title.

Snow Hill’s offense came out firing with Hannah Jones leading the pack. She scored two of the first three goals for Snow Hill. Although Cambridge South-Dorchester’s Sabrina McKelvey had a big game with some amazing saves, it just wasn’t enough to stop Snow Hill. Hanna Jones finished the game with a hat trick. The Eagles were spreading the love tonight as Anna Adams and Rylee Covington also tallied in goals of their own. Snow Hill went on to win the game 5-0 over Cambridge SD.
