Lincoln man arrested on multiple charges

FELTON, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested a Lincoln man early Sunday morning after he was found to be in possession of drugs and a weapon.

Troopers stopped a vehicle traveling above the speed limit on South DuPont Highway in the area of Peach Basket Road at around 2:15 a.m. When contact was made with the driver, 22-year-old Raheem Fullman, an odor of marijuana was detected coming from inside the vehicle.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of approximately 1.65 grams of marijuana, 1 oxycodone hydrochloride pill, a loaded handgun, and drug paraphernalia. It was then learned that Fullman is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition.

He was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and speeding in excess of posted limits. He was committed to SCI on $32,202 secured bond.
