Veterans Day deals for servicemen and women across Delmarva

In order to help celebrate our country’s veterans, businesses across Delmarva are offering special deals to those who have served as a way to say thank you.

These just some of the businesses that will be having deals:

Applebees– On November 11, participating Applebees there will be 7 entrées to choose from for a free meal for active-duty service members and military veterans. All current and former military personnel will also receive a $5 coupon to be redeemed on additional food and beverage offerings or for a later time. Military ID or proof of service required.

Bob Evans- Bob Evans is offering a free breakfast to veterans on November 11, all day. The free meal is for dine in only. Proof of military service will be required.

Bonefish Grill- On Friday, November 11th, all active and retired service members with a valid military ID will receive a Complimentary Bang Bang Shrimp at all Bonefish Grill locations. A signature dish at Bonefish Grill, Bang Bang Shrimp features crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce – it’s a true guest favorite. Visit BonefishGrill.com to find a location near you.

Denny’s- All active, inactive, and retired military personnel at all participating Denny’s restaurants nationwide will receive a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast on Friday, Nov. 11, from 5AM to noon. Diners must show ID to receive this offer.

Food Lion- This Veteran’s Day only, Active, Retired, and Honorably Discharged Military Personnel receive 10% off your entire Food Lion purchase. Please tell the cashier or show your personal Military ID along with your MVP card to receive the discount.

Friendly’s- Friendly’s is treating veterans and active military, with a valid military ID or honorable discharge card, to a free dine-in breakfast, lunch or dinner from select menus on Veteran’s Day.

Golden Corral- Golden Corral will be having its Thank You dinner on Monday, November 14 for any person who has served in the US Military. Family an friends are welcome to join, however the free dinner is only for the person who served. Other guests will pay the regular dinner menu pricing. Dine-in only.
The Greene Turtle is honoring veterans on Friday, by giving them a free meal. Contact your nearest location for details.

Hooters- Hooters invites all veterans and current servicemen and women to a Hooters Veterans Day free meal from their select Veterans Day menu by presenting a military ID or proof of service at any Hooters location across the country.

IHOP- On Veteran’s Day between 7AM and 7PM, participating IHOP Restaurants around the nation will be honoring the brave men and women who have served, or are serving, in the United States Military by offering them free Red, White and Blue pancakes. Select IHOP restaurants will also offer a combo of two eggs, hash browns and choice of two bacon strips or pork sausage links as part of the Red, White & Blue Pancake promotion.  Promotion for retired and active duty military personnel.

JC Penney- In honor of Veteran’s Day JCPenney will offer a 5 percent discount from Nov. 10-13 to current and former military personnel and their immediate family members with valid military or VA identification provided in-store. The discount can be combined with additional coupons and special offers including a $10 off $25 coupon with any form of payment or 20 percent off coupon when paying with a JCPenney credit card.

Olive Garden- Olive Garden restaurants will offer a free entrée from a special menu to active-duty military and military veterans. The special menu features six of Olive Garden’s most popular items. Entrées are served with unlimited homemade soup or famous house salad and warm, garlic breadsticks.

Outback Steakhouse- All active, retired military and veterans get a free Bloomin’ Onion® and a beverage on Veterans Day. Must have valid identification. There is also a military discount of 15% off the total check from valid for military members and their families
                       
Longhorn Steakhouse-
LongHorn Steakhouse will offer a free appetizer or dessert (no purchase required, no restrictions) to anyone showing proof of military service. In addition, LongHorn Steakhouse will offer 10% off for guests that dine with Veterans on November 11.

PRMC-  Peninsula Regional Medical Center will offer free flu shots to Delmarva veterans and their spouses in honor of Veterans Day and in appreciation for their service to the United States on Friday, November 11 from 3 to 6PM. This event will be in the Avery W. Hall Educational Center, on Peninsula Regional campus on the corner of Waverly Drive and Vine Street in Salisbury. Free parking is available in Garage B.

Red Lobster- To thank Veterans, active duty military and reservists, Red Lobster will offer a free appetizer or dessert from their select Veterans Day menu. To receive offer, show a valid military ID on November 10th and 11th.

Ruby Tuesday- On 11/11/2016 veterans, active duty, and reservists (with proof of service) may receive one free appetizer up to $10 in value.

Starbucks- On Veterans Day 2016, active duty service members, reservists, veterans and military spouses are invited to enjoy a free Tall Brewed Coffee. In addition, now through November 11, for every Veterans Day Starbucks Card or eGift purchased, Starbucks will contribute $5 to help support programs assisting service members, military spouses and veterans.

Texas Roadhouse- Texas Roadhouse is inviting veterans and active duty members of the United States military to enjoy a FREE lunch on Friday, November 11. Every Texas Roadhouse location across the country will participate in the free lunch event to honor the men and women of our armed forces. All veterans – including all active, retired or former United States military – can choose one of 10 entrees, including a 6-ounce sirloin and two made-from-scratch sides plus a choice of any Coca-Cola product, sweet tea/ice tea or coffee during lunch. Guests must show proof of service such as military or VA card, or discharge papers. On Friday, this lunch event goes from 11AM-2PM.

Wayback Burger- Active and former military servicemen and women can come in to Wayback Burgers on Veterans Day and enjoy a FREE Wayback Classic Cheeseburger with the purchase of any side and any drink at participating locations nationwide. To receive the free cheeseburger, guests can dine-in in uniform or show proof of military service.
