Dover Police Investing Afternoon Car Shooting

DOVER, Del. – The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that damaged a vehicle on Monday afternoon.

Police responded to the 300 block of Cold Spring Place Road at 12:43 p.m. following the report of a shooting. Officers responded and found a vehicle had been damaged as a result of the shooting. The ensuing investigation revealed that a victim was driving in the area of Cold Spring Place when the shooting occurred and his vehicle was struck. He was not injured.

Dover Police have no leads to share at this time.
