Felton Police Arrest Man for Multiple Harassment Incidents

FELTON, Del. – The Felton Police Department (FPD) have arrested a man for multiple harassment incidents over the past couple of weeks.

At approximately 8:57 a.m. on Oct. 18, police were dispatched to the 200 block of West Main Street for a reported trespass complaint. When officers arrived on scene the unknown suspect had departed.

Over a week later, around 4:19 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, police were dispatched to the same location for another trespass complaint. During an investigation, police were able to positively identify the suspect as 35-year-old Cory Michael Price of Felton.

On Thursday, Oct. 30, Felton police, with the assistance of the Harrington Police Department, took Price into custody without incident. He was transported to FPD where he was charged with harassment and two counts of third degree criminal trespassing. He was issued a no-contact order with the victim’s residence and released on $600 unsecured bond, pending a later court date.

Later that same day, around 1:45 p.m., police were dispatched to the 100 block of Honey Brook Lane for a reported trespass complaint. Upon arrival on the scene, officers positively identified Price as the suspect in this case. Price fled the scene before police arrived.

Police obtained warrants for Price’s arrest and took him into custody on Friday, Oct. 31. He was transported to FPD where he was charged with harassment and third degree criminal trespassing. He was issued another no-contact order with the victim’s residence and released on $1500 unsecured bond, pending a later court date.
