Milton PD Arrest Man For Strangulation following Domestic Incident

MILTON, Del. – The Milton Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a strangling that took place early Monday morning.

At approximately 12:40 a.m. on Oct. 13, police responded to a residence on Pine Street following a report of a domestic incident in progress. Upon arrival on the scene, officers learned that a physical altercation, involving a strangulation, had occurred with children present in the residence. The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Tyler Graham, had fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival.

Several hours later, around 7:20 a.m., Graham was taken into custody by police and charged with strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child.

Graham was  issued a No Contact Order with the victim after being arraigned. He was committed to the Sussex County Correctional Institution on $11,000 cash bond.
