Godwin School Road to be Closed for Roadway Reconstruction

MILLSBORO, Del. – The Delaware Department of Transportation announced on Wednesday that a portion of Godwin School Road will be closed for reconstruction of the roadway.

The road will be closed from Revel Road to Millsboro Highway/Route 24, starting on Monday, Oct. 27. Work is expected to conclude by Sunday, Nov. 2, weather permitting.

Motorists traveling eastbound on Route 24 should turn left onto Phillips Hill Road, then right onto Lakeview Road, followed by another right onto Country Living Road to arrive at Godwin School Road.

Motorists traveling westbound on Route 24 should turn right onto Phillips Hill Road, then right onto Lakeview Road, followed by another right onto Country Living Road to arrive at Godwin School Road.

Motorists traveling eastbound on Godwin School Road should turn right onto Country Living Road, then left onto Lakeview Road, followoed by a left on Phillips Hill Road to arrive at Godwin School Road.
