Fruitland Habitat for Humanity HQ Recognized

FRUITLAND, Md. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, comes out of the Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County.

Their Fruitland headquarters has been recognized with an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors. Gillis Gilkerson built the 8200 square foot renovation and submitted the project for award consideration in its category.

The former shirt factory now houses Habitat’s administrative offices and a second ReStore location.
