Two men charged at Firefly for selling drugs to undercover officer

23-year-old Javier Tapia, of Tennessee, and 29-year-old Percell Gray, of Dover, Del.

A Tennessee man, and a Dover man have both been charged, after Officials say they sold drugs to an undercover Police Officer.

Dover Police say on Saturday, Officers arrested 23-year-old Javier Tapia, of Tennessee, after he sold MDMA/Ecstasy to an undercover Dover Police officer. Once in custody, Police say they found marijuana, Xanax pill, LSD, and 4 doses of MDMA on Tapia.

He was then charged delivery of controlled substance – MDMA, possession with intent to deliver MDMA/ecstasy, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance without rx, possession of LSD, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dover Police say they also arrested 29-year-old Percell Gray, after he sold drugs to an undercover officer. After his arrest, Police say Gray was charged with delivery of a controlled substance – oxycodone, after selling 3 pills to the undercover officer.

He also apparently wanted on a capias from Kent County Court of Common Pleas. Gray was then turned over to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $1,230 cash bond.
