Recovery Resource Center ask for community participation in upcoming fundraiser
SALISBURY, Md. – National Recovery Month is a time for community members to highlight substance use and mental health.
The Recovery Resource Center is participating in the month, and is looking for community help.
As the year rounds out, they’ll holding big fundraising events. In October, they will be holding a Rise to Recovery breakfast.
Lisa Campbell, the Executive Director, says donations and volunteers sustain the event.
“When someone donates to the Rise to Recovery breakfast, they’re not just giving money. They’re giving someone a second chance, a safe place, and a community that believes in them with the dignity that everyone deserves.”
