Temporary Road Closure for Salisbury Stormwater Inlet Repair

SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury’s Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will be replacing a stormwater inlet at the corner of Waverly Street and Maryland Avenue at the beginning of next week. 

Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, Sept. 8, at 8:30 a.m. and will continue through Friday, Sept. 12, until 3:30 p.m., barring any unforeseen delays or inclement weather.

During this time, Waverly Street will be closed to thru traffic from Maryland Avenue to Ohio Avenue. Access to local traffic may be maintained as needed.
