Delaware man arrested on felony drug charges after Ellendale raid
ELLENDALE, Del. — A 53-year-old Ellendale man is facing multiple felony drug charges after Delaware State Police executed a search warrant at his residence on Monday.
According to authorities, the Sussex County Drug Unit, along with the Sussex County Governor’s Task Force and the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team, served a search warrant on August 11 at a home in the 13000 block of South Old State Road. The warrant was the result of an investigation into the suspected distribution of illegal narcotics by Andre Mullen.
During the search, Mullen and two other individuals were detained at the residence. Investigators recovered approximately 44.92 grams of crack cocaine, 15.7 grams of powder cocaine, 44 buprenorphine sublingual films, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and $793 in suspected drug proceeds.
Mullen was taken to Troop 4 and charged with the following offenses:

Mullen was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $178,200 cash bond.
