Big Brother Big Sister of the Eastern Shore gearing up for Christmas in July event

SALISBURY, Md. – Big Brother Big Sister of the Eastern Shore is gearing up for its annual Christmas in July fundraiser.

This year, the organization is taking it to Roadie Joes in Salisbury for a fun night of Bingo.

Attendees are asked to come dressed in their best Luau or Christmas attire, for an event that helps raise money to make Christmas special for families in Need.

Non-Profit coordinator, Alison Wright said if you want to go a step further, you can also bring a gift.

“It’s our way of saying, ‘Hey, we’re in the community,’ and kind of kickstart our holiday sponsorship program, where we give the magic to children facing adversity, and their families, here, on the Eastern Shore,” said Wright.
