Two suspects remain at large after armed robbery in Salisbury

Unknown suspect

The Salisbury Police Department says they are looking for two men involved with an armed robbery at a local convenience store.

On Thursday, around 2:40 AM, police reportedly responded to a Shore Stop on Eastern Shore Drive. Officials say that there was only one woman working, and she was approached by two masked men in the store, who then demanded money.

According to the report, it looked like the suspects were holding black, semi-automatic handguns. Police say after the men demanded money, the cashier gave one of the suspects an undisclosed amount of cash, while the other suspect began filling a bag with packs of cigarettes.

Officials say that the suspects then ran, but no injuries were reported in this incident.

Salisbury police noted that K-9 Meso, helped in the investigation, and conducted a K-9 track which revealed additional evidence along the path in which the suspects left.

The Salisbury Police describe the first suspect as male, 25-30 years old, about 6’00”, 160 pounds, last seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt over his head, dark mask, white gloves, blue jeans, and armed with a black automatic style handgun.

The police also describe suspect number two as male, 25-30 years old, about 6’00” tall, 160 pounds, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head, a dark mask, white gloves, blue jeans, and armed with a black automatic style handgun.
