Seaford man found guilty of sexually abusing a minor

SALISBURY, Md. – On July 23, 2025, following a three-day trial, a Wicomico County jury, presided over by the Honorable S. James Sarbanes, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, convicted 29-year-old Logan Littleton of Seaford, Del.

Littleton was convicted of three counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor. Sentencing was deferred pending receipt of a mandatory pre-sentence investigation and mental health assessment. He will remain in custody pending sentencing.

From 2014 through 2015, Littleton sexually abused a minor in his household. The victim was under the age
of 10.

Wicomico County State’s Attorney Jamie L. Dykes said, “Sexual abuse of children will never be
tolerated in Wicomico County. I commend the bravery and courage of the survivor for coming forward and
testifying, which is always a daunting and difficult experience.”

Dykes also commended Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Michael Calabrese, who prosecuted the case and advocated for justice.
