Del. Office of Highway Safety announces return of “Sober Rides” initiative for July 4th weekend

DELAWARE – The Delaware Office of Highway Safety is once again offering “Sober Rides” this July 4th.

This initiative gives Delawareans the opportunity and incentive to ensure their holiday celebrations include safe travel on roadways across the state. Ride share vouchers of up to $20 for Lyft or Uber will be offered, and people can begin claiming their voucher codes as early as 8 a.m. on July 4th.

Downloaded vouchers can be redeemed between noon on July 4th and 3:30 a.m. on July 5th.
