SEAFORD, Del. – TidalHealth is welcoming Carlos Chavez de Paz Villanueva, MD, MPH, FACS, to TidalHealth General Surgery in Seaford.

We’re told Dr. Chavez de Paz brings more than 20 years of experience as a general surgeon and has held several academic appointments. He has also authored and presented a wide range of clinical research.
