Easton man reportedly charged with sexual assault in Cambridge

Cambridge Police say they were called, on Monday, July 18, to investigate a sexual assault that happened on July 13.

The victim, a woman, reportedly said that Juan Hernandez-Hernandez, 26, of Easton, sexually assaulted her on Church Street.

Officials say that the woman claimed Hernandez threw her on the bed, and forced her to have sex.

Investigators reported that Cambridge Police arrested Hernandez on Friday, on an outstanding warrant.

Hernandez is reportedly being held in the Dorchester County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond, while being charged with second degree rape, and other related charges. Officials say that Hernandez also had three additional bench warrants for failure to appear in court that dates back to 2012.
