WMDT – Planet Fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot has created a special routine that you can try for National Exercise Day.
Smoot’s routine is very flexible, and you can choose how long you want to continue. It can be from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
Start off with battle rope playing which can work your full body.
He recommends doing as many reps as you can for 30 seconds, taking a 15 second rest and then repeat as many times as you can.
You can also add in knife squats, high knees, and resistance bands.
