Emerging Leader: Beth Baker

WMDT – It’s Monday and that means it’s time to introduce you to a new emerging leader.

Beth Baker recently won two awards in Southern Delaware Tourism’s 2025 photography contest.

She won Big Picture for her stunning picture of a sunset at Cape Henlopen State Park and the After Dark award for her shot of the Lewes lighthouses at night.

The contest is meant to show appreciation to Southern Delaware living and showcase the beauty of the area to potential visitors.

Baker has been doing photography as a hobby for over 7 years now and has participated in other contests before.

She tells us she was thrilled she won, and she enjoyed the hospitality centered prize.
