The Delmarva Decoy Heritage Festival is coming to Pocomoke Saturday
Pocomoke City, Md. – There will be fun at the Delmarva Decoy Heritage Festival. The festival takes place at the Pocomoke Elks Lodge and the Delmarva Discovery Museum. It will celebrate the deep and rich history of decoy carvings on the Eastern Shore.
There will be exhibits and local carving artists to show off their work and speak with visitors. Organizers say this is a great way to stay engaged with the community.
“It’s always great to just come down to Pocomoke City to support the town, and see all the wonderful art that we have here. Really supporting all the great grassroot artists in the area, and let them know how great their work is, and how meaningful.”
The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission for the event is $5.
