HomeWell Services creates care packages for local dialysis patients

GEORGETOWN, Del. – HomeWell Care Services Delaware recently partnered with the National Kidney Foundation to put together 400 care packages.

The items will go to Sussex County residents living with kidney disease who are on dialysis. Staff at local dialysis centers distributed the care packages to patients.
