Seaford Police attempting to identify bank robber

On Friday morning, Seaford Police Officers say they responded to a report of a robbery at a bank.
Around 10:20 AM, officers went to Citizens Bank located on Sussex Hwy in Seaford and reportedly determined that the suspect entered the bank and approached a teller counter demanding money.
According to the report, the teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money, at which time the suspect took the money and ran from the bank. No injuries were reported by bank personnel.
Delaware State Police apparently responded with a K-9 Unit and Aviation Unit in order to try to locate the suspect, but they were unable to do so. Officials say the scene was processed by the Seaford Criminal Investigations Division and they are currently investigating the crime.
According to the report, the suspect is described as male, 5’08”-6’01” tall, 170-200 pounds, 26-30 years-old, and last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and bandana over his head.

Delaware Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of person or persons involved.
