DSP searching for missing Felton woman

FELTON, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for 39-year-old Amber Marie Manchester of Felton.

Police say she has not been seen or heard from since July 31st. She is 5’5″, 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, and has a tattoo of a horse head and three flowers on her left calf.
