Today’s Forecast: September 27, 2019

Expect partly cloudy skies tonight with perhaps some patchy fog developing after midnight. An isolated shower can’t be ruled out late, especially south. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s.

Saturday will be partly to mostly cloudy, warm and humid with highs in the mid to upper 80s. A few showers and storms are possible late. Heat index values may approach 90°. Expect a mix of clouds and sun for Sunday with temperatures a bit cooler in the low to mid 80s.

Monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 70s. Tuesday will turn a bit warmer with temperatures in the low 80s under sunny skies. Expect mostly sunny skies for Wednesday with highs in the upper 80s to near 90.

A cold front approaches Thursday, but it looks like it stays just west of the area, keeping Delmarva on the warm side of the front. Highs could hover near 90 with some showers and storms late. A major cool down is expected on Friday with a few lingering showers and highs in the low 70s.
