Local high school senior volunteers to help provide food to those in need

BERLIN, Md. – One local high school senior is doing all she can to help provide food to those who need it.

Abigail Hudson, a senior at Stephen Decatur High School, has been volunteering at the Blessing House Ministries over the summer months. But she recently took her generosity a step further when she donated $700 to their food pantry.

We’re told the money she gave will help the program buy good and give it to families in need. She helped with ordering and packing food to be handed out.
