Search warrant leads to drug charges for Milford man

MILFORD, Del. – A Milford man is behind bars following an investigation into the sale of illicit drugs.

Police say on Wednesday, they executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of NW 4th Street. During the search, police found 12.3 grams of suspected heroin (410 dosages) were seized.

As a result of the investigation, 29-year-old Taevon Potts was arrested and charged with manufacture/deliver/PWID controlled substance tier 3 quantity and possession of a controlled substance in a tier 3 quantity. He was held on a $50,000 cash bond.
