doing it the last couple nights.. previewing different high school football teams.. and we got another one tonight. yeah that’s right going to do it all the way up until opening day just a great way to kick off the season our tour of our high school football camps continues tonight, as this time we make a trip up to seaford. 47abc’s hayley milon stopped by the blue jays camp, and has the insight, on their upcoming season “now when he goes to short, now you get to stay in your zone.” coach dwayne henry and the seaford blue jays are out to continue the daunting task of rebuilding, that actually started last season when henry took over the program “we out here learning. we got a young team. we aint got much people out here yet, but we trying to get everybody out here. we building still. we started building last year.wasn’t a good season and all, but we still building and all. we going to get seaford back right.” henry knows that a team is made both on, and off the field. “we do things as a team. other team building activities, that, help the team grow, and get to know me, as well as, the other coaches.” one of the key components of rebuilding will be the development of a new starting quarterback, isiah lake. “i’m nervous but i feel like, my lineman, probably have my back, block for me.” lake shoudln’t be too nervous, as a veteran front line is one of the strengths of this squad. “we are pretty confident because we have some veterans on our offensive line, and some veterans in the back field.” “we have a lot of guys on our offensive line that are coming back, our back is coming back. so 80 percent of our offense is back form last year, so hopefully, our offense can help us through the first part of the season.” with a young team, early on in camp, henry keeps things simple “basically working on the fundamentals, making sure the kids are takitang the right steps, making the right reads, getting to the right drops.” although its young, this team is hungry to do what this team has struggled to in years past… win young, this team is hungry to do what this team has struggled to in years past… win games. “if everybody, come together, and be a team together, we will be able to put up points on the board on friday nights, and get dubs.” for 47abc, i’m hayley milon seaford opens up their season on september 9th when they host glasgow taking it to some baseball the nationals were back to work this afternoon as they took on the rockies. stephen strausburg got the start.. and he got straight shelled in this one gerardo parra ropes that one to deep right for a 3 rbi double in the 1st then still in the 1st.. and jon gray.. the rockies pitcher!.. hits this one to the wall in right center 2 more runs score to make it 7-0! nats would go on a run, but colorado would put this thing away tony wolters with the dinger right there rockies take it, the dinger right there rockies take it, 12-10 the final and the orioles are back to work tonight as well as they take on the red sox in game 2 of their series and this has been a rough one for baltimore chris davis hit a solo shot in the 2nd to tie the game up at 1-1.. but its been all boston after that they scored 7 straight to break this thing open by the 6th inning they are in a rain delay at the moment, but last checked, they are in the bottom of the 7th with the red sox still out in front, 8-1 that’s it for sports. good news is just ahead- keep it right here — you’re watching 47 abc! catch more of the action on our sports page at 47abc.com hairstyles brought to you
