SALISBURY, Md. – A Delmar man has been sentenced in a 2023 fatal hit-and-run crash.

42-year-old Graham Arthur pleaded guilty earlier this week to one of the seven charges he originally faced in the case. On Wednesday, he was sentenced to a total of 10 years behind bars with all but 6 suspended.

In July 2023, 59-year-old Gregory Dennis was hit by a car while riding a bike in the area of West Salisbury Parkway and Boundary Street. Officials say the driver, later identified as 42-year-old Graham Arthur, didn’t stop after hitting Dennis. Dennis later died from his injuries.
