Salisbury Zoo closed due to flooding

the salisbury zoo announced the park is closed for a second straight day — and likely the weekend– due to heavy flooding. credit facebook for pics in ur path these are photos from the official salisbury zoo facebook page– announcing they have experienced a lot of flooding– and that the animals have been relocated for their safety. 47 abc spoke to zoo officials yesterday– who said they had moved a few animals. but after more rain overnight– you can see there’s quite a bit more water. as far as a clean up process— the zoo says they will wait until the water subsides- and will keep the public updated on any way they can help. and for a look at our weather conditions at
