Easton warehouse fire deemed accidental

EASTON, Md. – A fire at a Talbot County warehouse on Saturday has been ruled accidental.

The fire was reported just after 10:30 a.m., at a four-story warehouse used as a business on Brookletts Avenue. Crews were able to control the blaze in just over 30 minutes.

Fire marshals determined that the fire was caused by the malfunction of a kerosene heater. Total damage was estimated at $10,000.
