Local tattoo artist offering special service

SALISBURY, Md. – WMDT’s Hannah Cechini recently introduced us to tattoo artist Heather Marzi at Crucial Tattoo in Salisbury, who is offering free areola reconstruction services for breast and top surgery patients.

Heather tells us that since the story aired, three people have reached out for her help.
