BREAKING: Andy Harris wins re-election to Maryland U.S. House seat

MARYLAND – Representative Andy Harris has been re-elected to the U.S. House in Maryland.

Harris defeated Blane Miller.

Harris is the only Republican in the state’s congressional delegation and has represented Maryland’s 1st Congressional District since 2011.
