BREAKING: AP projects Lisa Blunt Rochester as winner of U.S. Senate in Delaware

DELAWARE – Lisa Blunt Rochester is the projected winner of the U.S. Senate in Delaware, according to the Associated Press.

In a speech at her watch party Tuesday night, Rep. Blunt Rochester promised to serve all Delawareans. “Here is my commitment to you: that I will go to the Senate each and every day with you in my heart, and on my mind, whether you voted for me or not.”
