Planet Fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot shows Good Morning Delmarva a spooky halloween workout

WMDT – Since Halloween is a special time to indulge in tasty treats, we tend to take in more calories than usual.

Planet Fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot has a special holiday themed workout you can try to burn those extra calories away.

For this routine, Smoot says weight resistance is needed.

You can use a medicine ball or Kettle bell, but Jeremy got creative and used trick-or-treat bags.

You can do a candy curl to press, scare crow scatters, or now and later lunges.
