Mother Teresa to be canonized

mother teresa will officially be canonized this weekend — at a ceremony this sunday at the vatican. known for her devotion to the destitute and dying – mother teresa may be best known for her work in impoverished parts of india. the catholic church saying the two miracles which earned her her sainthood – was a woman whose stomach tumor disappeared — and a man in brazil with brain abscesses that awoke from a coma. they both credit their recoveries to prayers from mother teresa. today – we spoke with doctor michael finegan — a local man who worked with her in india — on a number of occasions. finegan says mother teresa was a woman who treated everyone the same – whether you were a king or a beggar. he says although she’s passed – we can still learn a lot from the soon to be saint. i think that today that same very conservative clear value systems, but forgiveness is another significant factor and she did that by seeing god in all people finegan says mother teresa was a simple person that was able to serve the poorest of the poor — not just financially — but by seeing god in the distressing disguise of the poor. now in
