Worcester county job fair upcoming at Snow Hill Volunteer Fire House

SNOW HILL, Md. – If you’re a business owner in Worcester County, or if you’re looking for a job, mark your calendars for the county’s upcoming job fair.

Officials call it a great opportunity for employers to improve their workforce, and for local professionals to make new connections and expand their network,
especially students who might soon be joining the workforce.

There’s still space available for local businesses that want to expand their reach.

“The students look at it as a way of experiencing a different career option when they get out. They want to know what types of pathways they can look forward to getting into. Employers are always very eager to talk with them about their different opportunities that are available,” said Nancy Schwendeman, Workforce Development Specialist.

The job fair will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd, starting at 3 p.m. at the Snow Hill Volunteer Fire Company.
