Seaford Police investigating reckless driving, terroristic threatening incident

SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford Police are working to identify a suspect involved in an incident last week.

We’re told the pictured suspect was involved in a reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and terroristic threatening incident in the Walmart parking lot on September 19th.
